BETTER ANSWER: Your CIO is a technology and security strategist. Your CIO translates the company's vision into an actionable plan that is executed with people and technology.  Typically, a CIO is an excellent communicator and a master of balancing the cyber landscape with financial limitations to deliver the best "bang for the buck".

Importance: Your CIO is important to make sure that the technology is deployed in a safe, protected, and useful manner.  Your CIO will also make sure that technology is compliant with industry and government regulations as well as accepted practices.  The CIO role has evolved to include the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) duties for businesses where it makes sense.

SHORT ANSWER: We are a stand alone service and can recommend any provider or solution we are confident is in your best interest.

BETTER ANSWER: While we do offer some valuable technology, we are not considered a Managed Service Provider in as much as we can, and do, work with every solution provider on your behalf to find the best fit.​

Importance: We are Your CIO and we are going to do what is best for you and your business. Many "CIO as a Service" providers only provide you access to their vCIO service so that they can implement their solutions.  The CIO 4 All is not committed to providing solutions from one provider.    Because we don't work for an MSP or another service provider, we don't have to sell you on their products whether they are a good fit or not.

The Your CIO Service is a Chief Information Officer as a “Time Share”.  Your CIO will dedicate a number of ours per month to your businesses needs.  A typical “Your CIO” engagement is about 10 hours a month over the course of your engagement with a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 40 hours on average.  The reason we have a minimum is so that as we are settling in together you are given a level of focus that fewer than 5 hours a month cannot guarantee.  Our maximum is currently (more or less) 40 hours as we feel that if you require more than that, we can better watch your bottom line by creating a project and enlisting cost effective experts and resources to achieve your business goals.

Our XS Office Secure is subset of the security services offered from The CIO 4 all.  Think of it as a package that provides a basic secure computing environment for small offices, retail shops, restaurants, home offices, and similar environments.  The goal to is to provide an easily managed, highly secure, customizable environment that will grow as you grow, as well as continually update the available protections.

The basic service is a combination of any two features for as little as $50/mo:

• Enterprise Class Firewall

• Content Filter and Malicious Activity Blocker

• Enterprise Class Access Point (WiFi)

• Enterprise Class Network Switch
