Many businesses have an accountant that is paid for as needed or an attorney to review documents and handle legal matters on retainer as they don’t need these services all on a full-time basis.  Small and Medium size businesses typically don’t have the financial resources or need to employ a full-time CIO.  As a result, the technology plan is not ideal or nonexistent and the business may be engaged in agreements or services that are overpriced or unnecessary.  The Your CIO Service Plan is a Chief Information Officer as a “Time Share” to make technology leadership available to SMBs at an affordable price.

 

The CIO 4 All presents this service differently.  Some MSPs (Managed Service Providers) may provide a CIO service with the real intention of deploying their products and services at the recommendation of their own CIO.  The CIO for all does offer some great services, but we are not locked into any provider, manufacturer, or set of services.  We can and will find and fit the best direction and solutions for your business as we will not be recommending many, if any, of our own.

Your assigned CIO will dedicate several hours per month to your business’s needs.  A typical “Your CIO” engagement is typically 5 to 10 hours a month over the course of your engagement a soft maximum of 40 hours on average.  The reason we have a minimum and maximum is so that as we are setting goals together you are given a level of focus that fewer than 5 hours a month (depending on business size and needs) cannot guarantee and our maximum is currently (more or less) 40 hours as we feel that if you require more than that, we can better watch your bottom line by creating a project and enlisting cost-effective experts and resources to achieve your business goals.

A Your CIO engagement includes all services from our service list and more.  Your assigned CIO will make sure our service is a good fit for you and then make sure that we are going to add the value you are looking for.
